Rebecca Zisch is a litigation associate who focuses her practice on civil defense in personal injury and homeowners’ association matters. Rebecca represents clients through all phases of litigation including depositions, settlement negotiations, motions practices, and trial. Rebecca has a range of experience and practice in state courts and administrative law arenas in Colorado and Wyoming. Rebecca also practices in the areas of estate planning and probate, business formation, and contract review. Rebecca strives to build both positive client experiences and positive client relationships.
Prior to joining JPK, Rebecca practiced administrative law, estate planning, and oil and gas transactional and civil litigation. Rebecca also served as the Executive Director for the Wyoming Real Estate Commission.
Rebecca received her bachelor’s degree in International Relations and English Writing from Wheaton College (IL) in 2010 and a Masters in Resource Law Studies with specializations in Water and Energy Law and Policy from Sturm College of Law Denver in 2011. She earned her law degree from the University of Wyoming in 2014.
