Joshua R. Kottke
Joshua Kottke is a litigation associate who focuses his practice primarily on civil defense in personal injury and construction defect matters. He has experience with depositions, negotiations, legal writing, and case management through practicing in Colorado and Florida. Josh places great importance on early case management and the development of the proper strategy with a focus the needs and situation of each individual client.
Josh earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013, where he graduated cum laude. He participated in international moot court, and competed in Inter-American International Sustainable Development Moot Court Competition in Bogota, Columbia. Josh was on the executive board of the environmental law society, and participated in the green U initiative. He earned is Bachelors of arts in economics from the University of Washington in 2007.
