STEVEN P. JOHNSTON
Steve Johnston joins JPK as a litigation attorney that focuses on his client’s needs and well-being. He defends individuals and companies in personal injury matters, including premises liability and motor vehicle accident cases.
Steve also practices in the areas of family and matrimonial law where he represents and guides individuals through what can be a complex dissolution of marriage (divorce) process in Colorado including the allocation of parental responsibilities such as parenting time and decision-making authority, spousal maintenance, and property division. Steve also represents individuals in post-decree matters including modifications of parental responsibilities, child support, and spousal maintenance permanent orders. Steve’s family law practice covers the entire Denver Metro area including Douglas, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Denver, Broomfield, and Adams counties.
Steve strives to provide his clients with excellent and strategic representation. He also helps his clients consider the costs and benefits of various approaches that may be taken in a particular matter while helping clients try to achieve their legal objectives.
